PYPX(PYP学习成果展) 是PYP阶段的核心部分,它既代表着PYP阶段的总结,也是向MYP阶段的过渡。它汇聚了PYP阶段的所有知识,学生们要将他们前几年的学习成果真正应用到研究中。

The PYP (Primary Years Programme) Exhibition is a culminating project that represents a significant learning experience for students in the final year of the PYP. It is an opportunity for students to showcase their abilities to conduct in-depth inquiries, apply their understanding of transdisciplinary skills, and demonstrate their commitment to the PYP learner profile attributes.

从海洋保护到生态友好型建筑,从可再生能源到可持续交通,五年级同学的眼里不仅有目之所及的山川河流,更有我们共同的家园与未来。

我们鼓励学生自由组队,这会更好地激发他们学习的积极性。通过根据他们的兴趣、热情或希望深入研究的具体主题组建小组,也能使他们能够更加深入探讨主题,激发他们持续研究的热情和动力。

Their showcase covered many topics, from ocean conservation to eco-friendly architecture and renewable energy to sustainable transportation.

In our approach, students have the autonomy to select their own groups, fostering a sense of ownership over their learning journey. Empowering our students to choose their collaborators, drawing on each other's strengths, is paramount.

By forming groups based on their interests, passions, or the specific topics they wish to delve into for their exhibition project, we enable them to delve into subjects that ignite their enthusiasm and drive for research.

Once students have self-organized into groups and identified their preferred PYPX mentor, they embark on their research endeavors, which typically span a duration of 6-8 weeks. Nonetheless, our school ensures that students are granted ample time to meticulously plan, conduct research, collaborate effectively, and craft their exhibition projects with care and dedication.

PYP展览是PYP学生们最重要的总结性评估。在过去的三个月里,他们一直在构思、准备、组建团队并进行写作。对于五年级的学生来说,独立完成这样一个庞大的项目并不是一件容易的任务。他们首先需要通过调查循确立他们的展览主题,他们想要研究探究方向是什么?然后提出与这些探究方向相关的问题。然后,他们的研究是基于所有的探究方向和他们的中心思想,以围绕一个全球性问题或主题为中心展开的。

The PYP Exhibition is the most significant summative assessment for the PYP students. They have been conceptualizing, preparing, forming teams, and writing for the past three months. For students of G5, independently completing such a massive project is not an easy task. Before creating a central idea, the students need to go through the inquiry cycle. This involves researching the type of central idea to develop and the lines of inquiry to explore. Based on the lines of inquiry, questions are then asked. The research is centred around the lines of inquiry and the central idea related to a global topic or issue.

PYP展览整体上就像是我们五年级学生的小型毕业典礼。今天在我们的展览中所见到的,就是我们学生每月所做的事情。关于PYP展览,我们做的最好的事情之一是为我们的学生指定不同的导师,这对他们来说是一种很大的支持,因为他们可以学会如何与可能不是他们老师的其他老师合作。我们的老师总是说,所有的展览成果都是学生们努力的成果。但这个展览同样离不开所有导师和老师们的倾力支持,他们一直在尽最大的努力支持学生创造这些作品,支持学生完成他们的展览。所以,我也想对我们所有的导师、所有的老师以及Charne女士说一声感谢,感谢他们帮助同学们完成我们令人难忘的PYP毕业展。

The PYP Exhibition overall is like a mini graduation for our grade 5 students. What you see today in our exhibition is what our students do on a monthly basis. One of the best things we do about the PYP Exhibition is to sign different mentors for our students. That is great support because they can learn how to work with different teachers, who may not be their teachers. Our teachers will say all of this is student work. The most important key people in this exhibition are mentors and teachers supporting students to create these kinds of products and to finalize their exhibition. So, I also want to say thank you to all our mentors, all our teachers, and Ms. Charne for helping us put this whole PYP Exhibition together.

With dreams in their hearts and seizing the moment, they are poised to become the most brilliant generation of the future.
